During this period, TR established a tradition of providing the best quality termite and pest control that the Inland Empire has to offer as well as serving the pest control community by serving on committees for both the local and statewide Pest Control Operators of California (PCOC) and becoming a member of the National Pest Control Association. His sons became involved in the company as they grew up. Neil Snyder, the eldest son, was elected in the 1970's to the highest office in the state for a pest control operator: President of the PCOC. Two of TR's sons, Neil and Harold, have been active in the local PCOC branch, serving terms as the San Bernardino Branch Chair.

In 1982, Snyder's was incorporated and changed its name to Snyder's Termite and Pest Control, Inc. This change in name reflected the company's growing interest in pest control, both structural and agricultural. TR passed from this world in 1990. Since then, Neil and Harold have carried on the tradition of providing quality termite and pest control to the Inland Empire.
